In Maharashtra, all schools, colleges, anganwadis and coaching institutions in Nagpur district remain closed after an IMD Red Alert warned of severe waterlogging and flash flood risks.In Uttarakhand, district administrations in Bageshwar, Champawat and Garhwal have declared a holiday for educational institutions.
