Assam NEET rank list 2026: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) of Assam will issue the Assam NEET rank list 2026 on its official website, dme.assam.gov.in. The merit list will be announced in PDF form and will include the names of those candidates who have been successful in undergoing state counseling registration after clearing the NEET UG 2026 entrance exam. Once the merit list is out, candidates can access the PDF and know their merit ranking in the state.The Assam NEET Merit List is the criterion that will be followed in determining the ranking of candidates in the process of offering admissions to medical and dental colleges in Assam within the ambit of 85 percent state quota. The list will only include those candidates who have qualified in NEET UG 2026 and have registered for Assam state counselling.

What happens after the merit list?

Following the release of the Assam NEET Merit List 2026, DME Assam will begin the state counselling process for MBBS and BDS admissions.
