Candidates from the General and OBC categories must secure at least 45 per cent of the total marks, while those belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories must obtain a minimum of 40 per cent. If any questions are removed from the final evaluation, the qualifying marks out of 100 may be reduced proportionately.Candidates who qualify will receive their physical Certificate of Practice through their respective State Bar Councils. The certificate is mandatory for practising law before courts in India. Candidates who do not qualify may appear in the next AIBE session, as there is no limit on the number of attempts.
