JoSAA Counselling 2026 round 3 allotment result: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will announce the round 3 seat allotment result for JoSAA Counselling 2026 at 5 pm today, July 6, 2026. Candidates who registered for the counselling process can check their allotment status by logging into the official portal at josaa.nic.in. Individual seat allotment letters will also be available for download after the results are declared.Candidates allotted seats in this round will have to complete the online reporting process within the prescribed schedule. This includes uploading the required documents, paying the seat acceptance fee and responding to any verification queries. The reporting window will remain open from July 6 to July 8, while fee payment must be completed by July 8. Candidates facing fee payment issues or document-related queries can respond until July 9.Online reporting schedule after round 3 allotmentThe withdrawal and exit facility from the seat allocation process will be available from July 7 to July 8. Candidates responding to withdrawal-related queries can do so until July 9. Admissions will proceed only after the uploaded documents are verified online and the admission formalities are completed.Following the allotment, candidates must select one of three available options. The Float option allows candidates to accept the allotted seat while remaining eligible for a higher preference in later rounds. The Freeze option confirms acceptance of the allotted seat without further participation in counselling. The Slide option enables candidates to retain the allotted institute while seeking a preferred course within the same institution in subsequent rounds.Documents required for verificationCandidates allotted seats must upload the required documents, including the JEE Main 2026 admit card, JEE Advanced 2026 admit card where applicable, rank card, Class 10 certificate, Class 12 mark sheet, category certificate, passport-size photographs and the seat allotment letter. Admission will continue after successful online verification, followed by final reporting and fee payment at the allotted institute.Six counselling rounds for admissionsJoSAA Counselling 2026 is being conducted in six rounds for admission to participating institutes.
