PSSSB Jail Warder Admit card 2026: The Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB) has released the Jail Warder and Matron Admit Card 2026 for candidates appearing in the written examination. Applicants who registered for the recruitment process can now access their hall tickets through the official website, sssb.punjab.gov.in.The admit card has been issued ahead of the examination scheduled for July 26, 2026. Candidates need their login credentials, including login ID and date of birth details, to download the call letter. The board has also sent the admit cards to the registered email IDs of applicants.Written examination details and recruitment processThe PSSSB Jail Warder and Matron written examination will be conducted to fill 532 posts across Punjab. The examination will be held in offline pen-and-paper mode. The admit card contains important information, including examination date, shift timing, examination centre details, registration number and other instructions.The recruitment process includes a written examination followed by the Physical Measurement Test (PMT). The examination is being conducted under Advertisement Number 08/2026.Steps to download admit card through emailCandidates can check their registered email account for the PSSSB Jail Warder Admit Card 2026. They should look for an email from the Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board and open the link provided for downloading the hall ticket.If the email is not available in the inbox, candidates should check the Spam or Junk folder. After accessing the admit card link or attachment, applicants should save the PDF file and take a printout for appearing in the examination.Details available on PSSSB call letterThe admit card includes details related to the candidate and the examination. Applicants should verify the information mentioned on the hall ticket after downloading it and contact the board in case of any discrepancy.The call letter carries details such as the candidate’s registration number, examination date, shift timings, examination centre address and other instructions required for the examination day.Examination day requirementsCandidates appearing for the Jail Warder and Matron written examination must carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre. They should also follow the instructions mentioned on the hall ticket and reach the venue according to the reporting time provided.The PSSSB has advised applicants to keep a copy of the admit card safely until the completion of the recruitment process.
