The participating institutions include 63 State Agricultural Universities, four ICAR Deemed Universities, three Central Agricultural Universities and four Central Universities with agriculture faculties.The counselling process covers 13 undergraduate programmes, including B.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Sericulture, Agricultural Engineering and Dairy Technology. Candidates were required to pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee of Rs 500, while candidates allotted seats must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 10,000.The counselling process will include five rounds, consisting of four regular allotment rounds and one Mop-Up or final round.Reservation and seat allocation processUnder the ICAR quota system, 20% of undergraduate seats in State Agricultural Universities and 100% of seats in Central Agricultural Universities and ICAR Deemed Universities are filled through the centralised counselling process.The reservation policy follows Government of India guidelines, including 27% reservation for OBC-NCL candidates, 15% for Scheduled Caste candidates, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe candidates, 10% for Economically Weaker Section candidates and 5% horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.ICAR allotment is limited to the university level, while the allocation of specific constituent college campuses is handled by the respective university.
