RSCIT admit card 2026: The Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, has released the RSCIT admit cards for candidates appearing in the July and August 2026 examination cycle. Candidates scheduled to take the examination on July 19, 2026, and August 2, 2026, can now download their hall tickets through the official VMOU portal.The university has activated the admit card link under the Permission Letter section. How to download the RSCIT admit card
Candidates can download their hall ticket by following these steps:Step 1: Visit the official VMOU Permission Letter page: https://www.vmou.ac.in/permission-letter.Step 2: Click on the RSCIT Admit Card or Permission Letter link.Step 3: Select the designated district.Step 4: Choose the preferred login option using either the Learner Code/Roll Number or Name and Date of Birth.Step 5: Submit the details.Step 6: Download the admit card and take a clear printout for the examination.Candidates should ensure that the examination date printed on the hall ticket matches the batch for which they have registered.Alternative option for downloading the hall ticketCandidates who are unable to access the admit card online due to heavy traffic or technical issues can visit their registered IT Gyan Kendra (ITGK). Centre administrators can access the RKCL portal to download, print and stamp the admit card for candidates.If any discrepancy is found in the hall ticket, including errors in the candidate’s name, photograph, signature or examination centre details, it should be reported immediately by emailing exam@vmou.ac.in.Documents to carry and examination patternCandidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid government-issued photo identity proof such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID or Driving Licence.The RSCIT examination is jointly conducted by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL) and VMOU, Kota. It is an offline examination conducted on an OMR sheet and consists of 35 multiple-choice questions carrying 70 marks. There is no negative marking, and candidates must secure at least 28 marks to qualify.The examination assesses practical computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications, internet usage, digital payments, e-governance services and cyber security awareness. The certification is required for eligibility in several Rajasthan government recruitment examinations and administrative posts.
