PUNE: Prachin Sanhita Gurukul will organise ‘Conversation with Legends’, an interactive programme conceptualised by Vaidya Dr Harish Patankar, on July 19 from 5 pm to 9 pm at Shri Ganesh Hall, New English School, Tilak Road. The event will feature interactions with Maharashtra Education Commissioner Sachindra Pratap Singh and Senior Ayurveda scholar Vaidya Pravin Joshi. It is open to the public and free of charge.The programme will also commemorate two milestones achieved by Dr Patankar’s initiatives — the successful journey of KeshAyurved and KayaAyurved, India’s first Ayurvedic hair and skin diagnostic laboratory and research centre, and the completion of 100 batches of Prachin Sanhita Gurukul, which provides practical training in Ayurveda.According to the organisers, Dr Patankar has been working in the fields of Ayurvedic diagnosis, research, treatment, and education for several years. Through his initiatives, including practical training programmes and research-based diagnostic facilities, the institution has attracted students, Ayurveda practitioners, medical professionals, and patients from across Maharashtra and other parts of the country.The organisers said the event is expected to bring together Ayurveda experts, doctors, researchers, students, and members of the public to discuss developments in Ayurveda, education, and innovation.
