IGNOU mega placement drive on July 27-28: Over 350 job openings, salary up to ₹12 LPA
IGNOU has announced a mega campus placement drive on July 27 and 28 to connect students, alumni and fresh graduates with leading recruiters. More than 350 job openings will be available in sectors including banking, insurance, aviation, artificial intelligence and marketing. Depending on the role and employer, selected candidates may receive salary packages of up to ₹12 lakh per annum.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will organise a two-day mega campus placement drive on July 27 and 28, giving students and graduates an opportunity to apply for more than 350 jobs across different sectors. The recruitment drive will bring together leading companies from banking, insurance, aviation, artificial intelligence (AI), marketing and data analytics under one roof.The placement drive will take place at the Dr B.R. Ambedkar Convention Centre at IGNOU Headquarters in Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, from 10 am onwards on both days. It is being organised by the university’s Campus Placement Cell (CPC) to help learners connect with employers and explore career opportunities.

Who can apply?

The placement drive is open to IGNOU students, alumni, fresh graduates and final-semester students. Candidates from different educational backgrounds can apply, depending on the eligibility criteria set by the participating companies.

Companies and job roles

Several well-known companies will take part in the recruitment drive. Axis Bank will hire around 200 candidates for the Office Sales (OS-1) role. The position is open to graduates and final-semester students aged between 21 and 28 years. The annual salary offered is ₹2.3 lakh, along with performance-based incentives of up to ₹60,000.Bajaj Life Insurance will recruit at least 25 candidates for the posts of Insurance Relationship Manager and Senior Financial Service Manager. The company is offering annual salary packages between ₹3 lakh and ₹3.5 lakh, along with incentives. Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking will also recruit candidates for telesales and branch sales roles with a monthly salary of around ₹25,000. 0search0Apart from these, companies will offer jobs in customer support, supply chain management, AI, marketing, UI/UX design and data analytics. Some roles carry salary packages of up to ₹12 lakh per annum, depending on the company, job profile and candidate’s qualifications.

How to register

Candidates who wish to participate must register online through the Google Form shared by the IGNOU Campus Placement Cell.
