BSEB issues D.El.Ed. institute list, sets July 15 deadline for error correction through email
The Bihar School Examination Board has released the official list of recognised D.El.Ed. institutions for the 2026 academic session and directed colleges to verify their details. Any discrepancies must be reported via email with supporting documents by 5:00 PM on July 15, 2026, as late or offline submissions will not be accepted.

BSEB releases D.El.Ed. institute list: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the official list of recognised and affiliated institutions authorised to offer the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) programme for the 2026 academic session. Alongside the publication of the list, the board has directed all institutions to verify the details carefully and report any discrepancies before the prescribed deadline.The latest notification applies to both government and private teacher training institutions that have received recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). BSEB has made it clear that institutes must ensure the published information is accurate, as any corrections will be accepted only within the specified timeline.

Objections can be submitted only through email

The board has issued strict guidelines regarding the objection process. Institutions that identify any errors must submit a formal representation through email only.The objections must reach BSEB by 5:00 PM on July 15, 2026. Any representation received after the deadline will not be considered.The board has also clarified that objections sent through post or any offline mode will be rejected. Only emails sent to coevividhbseb@gmail.com within the stipulated time will be accepted for review.

How institutes can raise objections

Institutions seeking corrections in the published list should follow the procedure prescribed by BSEB:

  • Visit the official BSEB website and access the D.El.Ed. institute list.
  • Carefully verify all information related to the institution.
  • Prepare a formal objection clearly mentioning the errors requiring correction.
  • Attach all relevant supporting documents.
  • Send the complete representation through the institution’s official email to coevividhbseb@gmail.com.
  • Ensure the email reaches BSEB before 5:00 PM on July 15, 2026.
