The Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj will release the Uttar Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education (UP DElEd) 2026 merit list today, July 16, on the official website, updeled.gov.in.The merit list will be published in the form of a state rank. Candidates who registered for admission will be able to check their rank online once the list is released.According to the official schedule, the UP DElEd 2026 counselling process will be conducted in two phases. The Phase 1 choice filling window will open from July 20 to August 10, 2026, while Phase 2 choice filling will be held from August 20 to September 10, 2026.Document verification for the second phase will be completed by September 12, 2026, and classes will begin from September 14, 2026.Admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) programme is based on the marks obtained in the Class 12 qualifying examination. Candidates must also meet the prescribed eligibility criteria to be considered for admission.The UP DElEd 2026 application process began on June 15, 2026, and the registration window remained open till July 8, 2026.

The admission process includes the following stages:
