The Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur will open the registration window for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT JAM) 2027 on September 5, 2026. The institute, which is conducting the examination this year, has also launched the official JAM 2027 website at jam.iitkgp.ac.in.The registration process will be conducted entirely online through the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS). The test will be conducted in two sessions on the same day.The forenoon session will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and will cover Chemistry (CY), Geology (GG) and Mathematics (MA).The afternoon session will take place from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm and will include Biotechnology (BT), Economics (EN), Mathematical Statistics (MS) and Physics (PH).Candidates can apply for the test papers of their choice while completing the application. Those opting for two papers must select papers scheduled in different sessions.
